Donation Request

Please fill out the form below to request a donation for your charity, fundraiser, yarn crawl, shop anniversary party, or other event. The more information you can provide, the better. We do our best to send items your guests will love and the more we know, the better we do! If a question doesn’t apply to your organization or event, just type N/A. We send donations as often as possible, however we can not guarantee that we will be able to provide a donation for every request.
