Modification notes for Smelt Sands by Taiga Hilliard

 
 

This notes will allow you to knit Smelt Sands using fingering weight yarn. The original pattern is required to knit this shawl. You can purchase it on ravelry here.

Materials:

The orignal Smelt Sands pattern by Taiga Hilliard

3 skeins of Dottie or Domino, 1 each: Elephant, Gravity, and Floridora. Or 3 skeins of fingering weight yarn, approximately 420 yards each.

US6 needles

Gauge:

5 stitches per inch
